I am writing to report a serious issue with my Nothing Phone (2a), which I purchased about a year ago.
Recently, the phone has started charging extremely slowly, taking more than 2 hours for a full charge. I am using the recommended 45W charger. The phone also gets excessively hot during this process.
"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my Nothing Phone (2a). After owning it for a year, the device has developed serious flaws that make it frustrating to use.
The main issue is with charging. It now takes over two hours to get a full charge, even when I use the official Nothing charger and cable. While it charges, the phone also overheats to a worrying degree.
This poor performance, combined with the company’s failure to provide timely and meaningful software updates, has been a terrible experience. It feels like the product quality is very low and there is no long-term support for customers.
Based on this, I strongly advise people not to buy Nothing products. It has been a completely frustrating and bad experience.
