AbiS_MjZL72iTVk If how the UI looks is not important to you as well… then why are you refusing any changes . Is that only you can say , “I want the UI to look like this” . And others should not ?
I’m not like you and many others here whose daily usage of their phones consists of looking at the UI in admiration (and complaining 24/7 about it here on the forum if you don’t like it). Believe it or now, I use apps on my phone - because that’s the point of the device itself - with minimal interaction with the UI itself.
Those apps I use look nothing at all like any UI you dream about, they don’t even look like Nothing OS in any way; so apps such as Instagram, Reddit, Firefox browser, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, banking apps, Tsuki Odyssey game, Soundcloud, multiple Google apps, Sound Meter, DuckDuckGo browser, My Elevation, password managers (KeePass and such) and so on… Literally not a single one of them look like iOS 26 or whatever else you’d like to see. None. But then again, I don’t complain to their devs about how their apps should like and to have blur, transparency, Liquid Ass, depth effect, this crap, that crap… Maybe I should, hm?
But yeah, again, unlike many people around here in Nothing community, I spend 98% of my on-phone time using the apps, not looking at the UI and dreaming about how would it be nice to have this:

Then again, why don’t you go to Apple and ask them to add Material 3 Expressive to iOS, hm?
The UI’s role is to be efficient, fast, and intuitive, give shortcuts (instead of making you dig through settings etc.), and staying out of the user’s way instead of slowing them down. That’s all what Nothing’s UI.
I don’t even want to imagine how you use your PC, smh; probably majority of its uptime is you just popping that start menu up in Windows and being in awe how nice it looks with its animations and colours…
