Immer wenn ich auf meinem Telefon 3 einen Anruf tätige, wird jetzt eine Popup-Benachrichtigung angezeigt, in der ich gefragt werde, ob ich diesen Anruf aufzeichnen möchte. Persönlich empfinde ich solche Funktionen als einen Eingriff in die Privatsphäre. Obwohl ich gesehen habe, dass einige Leute die Aufnahme dieser Funktion gefordert haben, würde ich sie gerne deaktivieren, da ich sie nie verwenden werde und sie lieber nicht versehentlich auslösen möchte. Selbst wenn ich es nutzen wollte, muss ich nicht bei jedem Anruf daran erinnert werden. CMF1_hacker I too am in the UK on the EEA build of Nothing OS 4 Open Beta, and I don’t have an app with that icon either.

t’s definitely not a third-party app as Nothing published a video about it and it’s branded “Essential Recorder”. There’s no settings or app for it that I can find anywhere.

Perhaps is it’s a staggered rollout, or possibly by network.

Anonymous994 I just saw this today before I hung up the phone, a notification said Call Recording Available with that same icon and it said “Essential Recorder.” It wasn’t activated by default in my case but it was an option that I could select. yeah, that was it, it wasn’t activate by default. I guess it’s one step away from an auto transcript.

After this recent new update of call recording from essential space, have been getting constant notifications on my 3a whenever I place a call. Please give us an option to turn it to silent or do that by default from your side. It’s very disturbing whenever we start a call, would prefer it to remain silent. Especially when we don’t want to use it.

RunRiks You can use an app like Buzzkill and create a rule to dismiss the notification immediately so you never see it, but that’s the best I’ve managed to come up with until Nothing add a setting to make it optional.

Anonymous994 I did not get any notifications while i was using my 3(a) in the US. But when I travelled to India and I am currently here, the recording notification started to show up on every call. I would like to have an option to only enable or record on certain calls, not every call.

Hi I am using nothing Phone 3à and OS 3.2

every time I am calling I am getting recording notification which is irritating there is not option to disable this notification i have disable recording app too but still I am seeing this notification please give me suggestions to stop this notification

Nothing should give the user an option to turn off the notification for essential recorder!

It just pops up every time an user is dialing or receiving a call, that’s so annoying.
