Nothing has a manufacturing and R&D base in India, with plans to make the country a global production hub for its CMF sub-brand. They now operate as different entities but come under the same brand, just like redmi and poco which comes under xiaomi. Currently all nothing phones run on Nothing OS, but they have future plans for a CMF os too.
