samuelgier I think you should carefully read the warranty policy. It clearly states that warranty is only void if misused. Ordinary wear and tear + damage from external sources is not covered under warranty, but that does not outright make your phone out of warranty. And I don’t think that any sensible person would call a small dent on the side of the phone as misuse, phones get dropped, that’s an ordinary thing to happen. Nothing’s customer support is absurdly bad and instead of fixing that, they’re just deflecting it on the fact that they are a new company.
Oh, and nothing promised 5 exclusive service centers by the end of 2023. Correct me if I’m wrong, but it is already 2024. Hmm.
If you’re gonna sell premium phones, get the basic things right first!
Edit: just wanna mention that Oppo has serviced my oppo Reno 6 four times for faulty buttons all under warranty even though I had major dents on all corners of the phone, a cracked back panel and heavily scratched screen. I know they’re a large company and all, but that’s the kind of thing that keeps current customers come back and become future customers. And here is nothing saying that they won’t provide warranty because of a small cosmetic damage.
