JochieSantiago I did consider adding cries, so I totally understand the suggestion! But including the original, unmodified sound files would probably not help in terms of any copyright questions.
On top of that, I didn’t really want the game to draw your attention even when the phone isn’t in your field of view. And to be honest, it would likely get old after a few days… with some players catching 10+ Pokémon per day.
So, in the end, I scrapped that idea and prioritized other features.
