DubleA That was my first thought when I read the changelog. I was on the fence of buying the Headphone (1) a few days ago when I stumbled across the worsened sound through one of the recent firmware updates and decided to wait. Now seeing this didn't get fixed but rather have another AI gimmick integrated, I am glad I didn't go ahead and purchase it. I feel more and more the NP3 will be my last Nothing product. More and more let downs as of late.

For me, with this firmware, sound is better than 1.0.1.74.

The only issue - for some reason, I can't even start Personal Audio test due to "Operation failed" error :

UPD. iPhone restart did the trick

EgorZhiryakov it actually worked for me) I have mild hearing loss, and it seems that the firmware adapts the sound in a non-aggressive way, which is good imo. Anyway, I can hear more details now

I’m really disappointed in the lack of an update or any transparency regarding the fix for the bass issue.

I really want to support Nothing as a customer. As a designer, I love the industrial design, but the company and its community ambassadors should communicate with their customers more often. A small update would go a long way for the community’s trust that Nothing is agile enough to respond to serious product concerns before adding new product features.

Thanks for the work you’re doing. I can’t wait to experience the product I saw reviewed and raved about online.

Edit: Updated and the sound is the same as far as I can tell. The bass enhancement still has no noticeable effect. Also, Personal Sound Profile returns error, "Operation Failed. Please try again later."
