Ealesy101 What software did you use to edit these videos on, and was there an expectation for you to edit these videos for every board digest?
I just use the free version of CapCut, and find that it's good enough for the simplistic style and short length of the CBO updates. I was asked at my second shooting if I'd be comfortable editing it myself. I'd edited videos many years ago so was a bit out of practice, but CapCut was easy enough to get my head around.
If a future CBO is really uncomfortable editing themselves, there may be potential for it to be edited in-house depending on the team's capacity, but it'd likely be lower down on the priority list and may take longer to prepare. With editing myself, I can shoot on the Friday, edit over the weekend and get it ready for review by Monday/Tuesday, then get it out either the same day or not long after 😄
