JochieSantiago For me, the bigger issue isn’t even the silence… it’s that the NOS 4.0 beta itself has been rough. I’ve run into several bugs, and when I reported them, the replies I got were clearly written with the help of AI tools. Instead of actually addressing what I said or acknowledging the specific issues, they just sent those generic, AI-generated “try this” responses. I can even guess the prompt they used: “Our customer reported this issue. Help me offer a solution for them.” So at this point, we don’t even know if our reports are being understood, accepted, or if they’ll ever be fixed. That’s what makes the whole process feel pointless.
What makes it even more frustrating is that we (community) are not allowed to use AI tools… not even just to polish our posts.. which I totally understand for contests. But support? They can use AI as much as they want. And honestly, the quality of their replies shows it. It just feels lazy, and it definitely doesn’t help when the beta already has major issues.
I’m planning to roll back to stable once my backup phone arrives, just so I don’t risk losing data. Honestly, they really need to fix their support and feedback flow before anything else.
