I don’t get why there are some people here acting like, if they don’t have issues/bugs with their phones, then nobody has issues/bugs on their phones. I really don’t.
Yes, the Nothing Team have been working hard on trying to fix and patch most of the problems with the OS 4 beta, but did they really? There are still some problems with the software that they released 2 beta updates and still haven’t fixed. Calling this a “stable” release when it is the exact same thing as the beta with only a slight icon change is wild…
If you’re one of those people who’s phone is working great and dandy, honestly good for you. But please, don’t be dismissive towards users still having issues with theirs.
Having the nerve to call a software update “stable” when the problems that users have reported during the whole beta testing phase still remain is outrageous. Only 3 things have changed between the first beta and, whatever the hell this update is.
I still have battery life issues with my NP3 EVEN THOUGH IM NOT EVEN USING IT. IT DOESNT GO INTO FULL DEEP SLEEP when screen is off.
As a matter of fact, I have the NP3, Tecno Pova Slim 5G and the Xiaomi 15T Pro. I will charge them to 100% and disconnect them at the same time with only data enabled and let them go through the night to see which one loses the most % during the night. I’ll share the results here, but I’m willing to bet the NP3 will lose the most battery % because it has become THAT BAD.
Screen starts flickering in dark mode while the YouTube miniplayer is running in the foreground which the only fix I’ve been able to find is forcing the peak refresh rate, and that drains battery, which doesn’t help 🫠
Device still gets pretty hot when only using hotspot for 30 minutes and after that it becomes useless.
I’m tired of sending feedback after feedback after feedback and not seeing any change at all. I even uploaded a whole folder full of tests results conducted with ADB over the course of a week. Has anyone from the development team cared to take a look? 👀 N O ! !
Playground still not available and now they are making excuses for it’s delay in which, just by looking at this update, it’ll be the same thing we’ve had for the last month or so.
If you’re one of those people who thinks “my phone is working just fine, so idgaf about the others”, stop d**k riding Nothing and let’s start holding them accountable and make them actually listen and TAKE THE TIME TO ADDRESS THE USER FEEDBACK that we’ve sent over and over ever since the first beta was released.
