On the ads, its more dependent on the apps you install, more chinese apps gets installed meaning more ads you see on the parts of phone you don’t imagine, i threw away a phone sounding similar to “saoni” which was used by my grandma, the keyboard’s spacebar was running ads. Dialer screen instead of being dark, played some ads. That’s purely on the games she downloaded to play in her free time. But keyboard ads just pissed me off.
If you don’t want ads, there are solutions to it as well. If you want that.
As of nothing, they have mentioned that those features would come turned off by default in the NP3A and other phones. If you have turned on at a glance thing, you should try turning it off and removing the advertising id from the google account.
Feedback will always require logs, its doesn’t deliberately collect your personal data, but it might contain some that might be unavoidable inorder to collect the logs. If the logs aren’t present, how’d the developers know the exact issue present. However, i stand with your statement for the relation of logs for a U.I bug is ridiculous. But hey, its again, your choice to submit it, you are not bound to anything. I submitted it without the logs by the same thought and still the ticket is opened as i explained the issue.
