Do you think Carl was not aware of this , that providing clean software experience comes with a cost , and a small company can’t do that.Carl would have known this , yet he made fake promises just for the sake of market penetration . I applaud the strategy and want to see where it goes.

You and I are not in disagreement. I want to see the endgame, i.e. hopefully either a spectacular flame out or something revolutionary (hopefully not a whimper and die, which could happen after the loss of profit capitalisation on the NP3).

I think users are DISTRACTED by the icon bars and transparency and all of the other stuff. I want to see where the journey goes.

The switch away from GL to GM is stellar as that GL is a dead end. The fanboys jumped on and ran it for a while, now it’s time for something interesting.

and if you want more smartphones there are OnePlus 13 which comes in the same price range but provides better hardware and better software experience than nothing phone 3 so your challenge is done and dusted
