This is to bring to your urgent attention a serious battery drain issue with my Nothing Phone 3a Pro.
Despite minimal or no usage overnight, the battery drops by 25–30%, which is completely unacceptable for a new device. All background apps are restricted, Battery Saver and Adaptive Battery are enabled, and unnecessary features like 5G, GPS, Bluetooth, and Glyph lights are turned off. Still, the issue persists.
Such excessive overnight battery drain indicates a possible software bug or battery optimization failure, and it is causing significant inconvenience. This is a major concern for us as users and needs immediate resolution.
Kindly treat this matter as high priority and provide:
A clear explanation for the issue
A permanent software fix or update timeline
Service or replacement guidance if required
We expect prompt action from the Nothing team to resolve this problem at the earliest.
