sumukh_kulkarni3 I completely agree with you, and I want to support this post because I’m also facing the same problem with the current feedback system.
The customer care team is polite and friendly — no complaints about their attitude. But during the beta testing phase, I reported many bugs, and every single reply was just the same generic steps:
“clear cache, clear storage, restart your phone, factory reset.”
Nothing beyond that.
I was even stuck on the beta version for almost 50 days without any update, and they closed my ticket without giving any proper resolution. After updating to 4.0 also, the situation has not changed — reporting bugs through the feedback option is honestly useless because we get only copy-paste replies.
Here are some of the issues I’m still facing:
Gaming issues: Even after disabling notifications in Game Mode, vibration and sound still come, which disturbs the gameplay.
FPS & ping instability: Gameplay becomes laggy with frame drops and high ms.
App search lag: Sometimes it becomes extremely slow and takes too long to load results.
Camera issues: No improvements; sometimes the captured photo turns black or green.
Pink tint/shade randomly appears in photos.
Battery draining faster than usual.
So yes — we really need a better escalation system where actual software engineers review the logs and acknowledge the issues, instead of sending the same template replies every time.
