I already mentioned in my original complaint that my phone is running on Nothing OS 4.0 (latest version). But still I received a reply asking me to “check for system updates,” which shows the responses are just copy-paste templates and not actually based on what we report.
This is exactly the issue many users are facing:
We explain everything clearly, attach screenshots, mention the software version, but the support team still sends the same repeated steps like clear cache, clear storage, restart, reset, update software, even when we’re already on the latest build.
Because of this, most bugs never get properly acknowledged
