New Buds Pro not connecting to Nothing X app

Hey guys, just bought a new buds pro and trying to connect to the nothing x app after connecting the Bluetooth but the app doesn’t recognise it. Any solutions?

I also got my buds pro today.

They got connect to my NP2 first time, but only 1 bud was working.

I disconnected and tried to connect again and not able to connect them again. Tried to reset the buds pro by pressing the button on buds for 10 sec. But nothing happens. It shows a red light after 3 sec and that’s all.

The white light is also not blinking when while trying to connect by pressing the button in buds pro.

Tried restarting the mobile, turning on/off bluetooth.

PS: it was a gift for my birthday 🙁 Not happy with the experience at all.

I wonderhow the case changes and resets when you just uninstalled and installed the nothing x app

Farooq Khan I have the exact same issue, just after using them for a few days. This is really bad, Nothing needs to address this and fix this ASAP.

Guys, I recently purchased the Buds Pro and attempted to connect them to the Nothing X app on my Nothing Phone 2. Despite successfully connecting via Bluetooth, the app doesn’t recognize the device. I’ve updated the Nothing X app multiple times, but the issue persists. I bought the CMF Buds pro with high hopes for enhanced features on my Nothing Phone 2, but it has been a total disappointment. Can you help me find a solution?

I resolved this on my own.

I uninstalled the Nothing x app from my mobile phone and restarted it. After the restart, I reinstalled the Nothing x app, and this time it successfully paired with the buds.

I’m having a similar issue. My left bud stopped being recognized in the APP and stopped working.

I forgot the device and tried to pair again, but i can’t. When i click on the button, instead of flashing it turns red. Also i tried uninstalling and installing multiple times. Can’t connect the case again to the phone.

I’m using the latest version of the app.

Hey all. I am having the same issue with mine. They just flash the red light briefly and nothing else. I have reached out to support to see what they can do. I’ve only had them about 6 months.

I will update everyone if there’s a fix or replacement.

I bought these headphones and for the first two days they simply fell off the phone the next day, I connected them three times as a new device, after that the problem disappeared, and I updated everything immediately, the first time I connected.
