If someone want try to certified the device directly on Google, ere the steps:
Type *#*#426#*#* on phone dialer
On the open page tree dots select Advanced view
Copy the device id
Go to the page https://www.google.com/android/uncertified
Insert the device id number and register.
Wait some minutes and clear cache and data from Google framework and Google service and restart immediately the device. This may works, otherwise you pray that nothing awakes and solve the problem
