Do we have more information on what are the bugs that has been fixed ?

    Remi F

    The update includes some performance and stability improvements.

    Here is a more detailed description of each of the fixed issues:

    Connection issues. In some cases, the headphones may not have been able to connect to the device even though they were properly connected to Bluetooth. This issue could occur, for example, if the headphones were turned off or if an update was installed on them.

    Problems with noise cancellation. Noise cancellation may not work properly or may be unstable in some situations, such as when listening to music or during a conversation.

    Problems with the Transparency feature. The Transparency feature may not work properly or may be unstable in some situations, such as when listening to music or during a call.

    Other minor bugs. Several other minor bugs have been fixed that may have affected the earbuds, such as tap control issues and battery issues.

    This is what the bard answered. Because I did not find anywhere where the answers could be, but I think this is the right answer to your question

      I found issue like after connecting to phone noise cancellation option is not showing

      ANC seems to be a bit stronger but I’ve also noticed that before this update there was virtually no difference in the sound between all modes (ANC, transparency and off) now there is a noticeable sound difference between ANC/T and off. But I think that the ANC improvement is worth the trade off.

        Since the update I’m getting really bad connection dropouts, especially when streaming on Web-Services through a browser. Using my Macbook Air M1 on 14.3.1

        Sound’s like bitrate drops for like a second. Dropout appear roughly every 30 seconds. It’s really annoying.

          VictorSteffens i am also using the same macbook and the same version

          i am not facing any issues like this

          forget device and add it as a new device

          problem should be solved

            Advait I actually already did ignore and reconnect the Ear(2) twice before posting my issue. After restarting my Mac and reconnecting my Ear(2) for the third time seemed to get rid of the connection dropouts… I guess it was rather some Mac Hardware/Software-related issue than on the Ear(2)-side…

            Thanks for helpin out!

              Well one more thing… 😉

              For a few months I touched the support for implenting a feature I’d like to have… Unfortunately the support has not contacted me back in the second iteration, after I even sent them a video of my Ear (2) behaviour. I hoped for implementation for the next update but (nothing) happened…

              This is what I had in mind:

              Since there are 3 modes, sometimes I need to skip one mode which consumes enough time to get on my nerves…

              Right now:
              Long press right: anc->transparency->off

              Long press left: anc->transparency->off

              Would be cool if:
              Long press right: anc->transparency->off
              Long press left: anc->off->transparancy

              Let me know what you guys think. In my opinion, a simple (switchable) vertical arrow inside the app underneath the menupoint, where one can choose between the operable modes on (long press) would be doing the job in such a simple and neat way.

                Battery has been surprisingly improved after the update!
