the reason for poor battery life is the charging to 100%
it degrades the battery life
try not to charge your buds continously to full
drain the battery and then charge the case
I hope for an update with some slight improvement in transparency mode, there are times when I have had problems with the response of the right earphone control
KevinDoyle for me same problem arsing now as i bought the new one there is not differnce between tha noise cancellation mode.it will be resolve in the next updatw for me (no differnce in the anc modes high,low,mid)
BalajiVelan the update was for removing bugs and not a major software update for any noise cancellation or transparency mode update

But such problem is arised.there is low anc when i changed the modes bugh low and apdative there is no differnece what is solution for that pls explain
After the update there is a significant drop on the quality of output , degraded the quality far below the bar.
This is the worst firmware update I’ve ever got. The earphones are keep disconnecting for no reason over and over again making the experience terrible.
Please provide a new firmware update or a way to downgrade them, they have become unusable.
Ear 2 is trash now since the latest update. Quality degraded, battery life is less than 1.5 hrs with anc on.
Give me the old version of my ear 2 back, it feels like i wasted my money on this stupid product.
I purchased my EAR 2 about a year ago, and in general, I really enjoy them. However, I don’t understand why you stop providing updates and improvements to the headphones after only two years. I really expected that we would receive updates every few months to slightly extend the battery life and improve the ANC. I’m very disappointed with the support.

Please release a new update for improvement in ANC in nothing ear 2 it’s been months the update have been pushed
I am reaching out with great frustration as a Nothing Ear (2) owner. In recent months, I’ve been using these earbuds with the expectation that the company would continue to improve and update the product, especially its ANC capabilities.
Although the company hasn’t officially announced the end of updates, it has been about six months since the last update was released. This is a disappointing situation that affects all of us who believed in the brand and its vision.
I call upon all Nothing Ear (2) owners to join me in demanding that the company continue supporting the product we purchased. As consumers, we deserve to receive full value for our investment, including improvements and updates over time.
I encourage you to share in the comments which issues bother you with the earbuds and what improvements you would like to see in the next update. The more user feedback we collect, the clearer picture we can present to the company about users’ needs.
