I have nothing phone 1 and I’m having issue with prime video and Netflix. After updating both apps to the latest version both stream videos in SD resolution and download video in SD resolution, dose any one facing the same issue

This only happened once to me before, and these are the steps which fixed it for me.

  1. Logout of your app
  2. Clear the app data
  3. Restart the device
  4. Log back in
