Wind leakage with ANC

Hi there,

I have recently gotten my hands on a sweet pair of ear 2’s

i just have a couple questions ,

did i not set up the buds correctly ?

or the personalized anc , because when walking in a semi windy environment i hear all the wind the mic’s pick up , and it blares out my music some times .

just some thoughts or suggestions would be great .

AndreaFlandre A few things to check. Firstly, ensure you’re on the latest software by checking your settings in the Nothing X app. I would also go through some of the set-up functions again on your Nothing X app and double-check check you’ve completed all the steps correctly.

Also the silly option, be sure to double-check that when you are using them, your ANC is turned on - I’ve had it before where I thought ANC was turned on but in fact I was listening to them with it on Transparent mode.

Louis ☕️ do you recommend i do it in a windy environment or shall i just do it again as per usual ?

also i tried with anc and transparency mode and it did the same thing

AndreaFlandre no best to redo it in a quiet environment, as the instructions suggest. I would perhaps unpair from your device, remove all settings from the Nothing X app and almost reset it up as a brand new device. Hopefully, that helps 🙏

Hello, even with active noise cancellation, when it’s windy you hear the same thing.

Which makes the experience very bad.

How to solve?
