Ankit Gondalia Yeah I can agree on this to some extent. But Bro, the fact is until when they will hide behind the same excuse that we are new in market.
Keep using this excuse everytime is also making negative impacts. If they keep using this as an excuse then you tell me
1. Why should as a consumer I trust a new company which keeps using this sympathy card
2. If I’m getting relatively same experience from other well established brands then why should I choose any random new brand.
3. If entire industry is giving more support then why should one go for a brand which is not giving anything more.
4. To support my above question I’ll give a reference of Samsung M35. Costs less than half the price of NP2 & gives 5 year update. So if they say NP2 is premium than I would choose non premium M35.
5. NP2 customers are complaining about Camera from the first day. People can let go other minor bugs but if spending 55k & getting shit photos, no one will stand to it
The Phone 1 was a huge success as we know. But the Phone 2 on the other hand is huge flop. Then they launched Phone 2a, 2a+ blah blah blah.
So one side they say they are new & other side they started launching products like an old brand. Now how they are getting manforce for making & launching new products but not having enough manforce to work on existing products.
So, I completely agree with @PardhanSingh Coz for now they are saying we are only 3 year old & remember this, after 2 years if this keeps on they’ll say we are just 5 years old & others are 15 years old. This all is nothing but an excuse to fool us.
If they are new & can’t provide support then why should we as a consumer trust them. & If they don’t go with market demand then I am not seeing future of this company.
