HI . I am on last stable 2.52 hotfix. Theres an Google play services update about 77 mb but i can’t update it. The phone download the update and when rebooting, the phone reboot 2 times ans nothing. Phone ask to update new time.
Any idea how to solve it?

can someone link me to the previous update clean firmware? i am going to reverse this update. i turned off autoupdate but this thing still updated in the night without asking me. Hey Nothing, is that a bug?

Aaaanyways I am very tempted at this point to go back to Google pixel, I am just so annoyed with a product support, anyone interested to buy two week old nothing phone 1? Brand new.

    i honestly thought it’s only going to be a week but I’m wrong. Maybe we’re lucky that we didn’t get the update given the bugs

      The Nothing Phone (2) exhibits abnormal behavior when receiving calls on WhatsApp or through the regular call function, leading to the mute of the caller’s voice while I am engaged in Youtube, resulting in an inability to hear anything until I restart and redial.

      Bring the Recent App/Task Lock to avoid clearing it. The below video link is FYR.

        how to rollback to previous version as now I am facing so many issues after new updating to 2.5.2.

        • Lags while unlocking from lock screen
        • internet connectivity lost automatically while network is there.
        • heating issue while being in charge and sometimes during standby also.
        • battery drains faster now

        Just got latest update 2.5.2 in UK, phone works flawlessly, better battery performance that’s for sure, animations are bit janky but overall so far so good

        Also wow now the finger print sensor works much faster, finally!

        Hi, , after updating to the latest Android 14 update on nothing phone 1 (2.5.2), on standby ,battery drain is excessively high, my device was connected on wifi and also battery saver was on , the charging dropped from 71% to 55% overnight on standby, if I turned off the battery saver mode , one day battery dropped from 60% to 20% on overnight standby. There was no such problem on Android 13, standby time was good on Android 13. Please fix this.

          For me, i don’t have these problems whit battery life. For me battery is very good on 2.5.2. I don’t know how you lose that much battery overnight, i lose like 2%.

          VikramVikrant it’s normal to experience this shortly after an update. See how it goes over the next few days and if you’re still having unusual battery performance then please provide feedback via Settings > System > Feedback

            Hi Guys, After the recent 2.5.2 update, I notice that whenever I lock my phone inside an app and unlock it, it directly goes to the home screen and not to the app that was open when I locked. This is so annoying when I am in call also, it goes to the home screen and each time I have to reach the status bar and open the call screen. I have searched the settings thoroughly on whether there is some option to disable it and I got nothing. So I think this is a genuine bug. Can some one please address this issue or some one who is currently facing this, any way of resolving it?
