Hi Everyone, My phone just fell of from a literally 5ft height, I even had spigen back protector on. yet my wide lens glass is shattered badly. Worst part is I couldn’t find any official Service Center in Sharjah, UAE. totally lost what to do? I just bought this 3 months ago 😣

Update: I visited Sharaf DG store which is mention on Nothing’s website as official store for Nothing in UAE, They clearly told we only handle iPhones & if the phone was bought from our store. I tried contacting Noon from where I ordered this phone. I got an answer that damaged phones are not covered under warranty. I said Ok what’s the process to get it repaired at least, they said we can’t help you with that. I am not getting any response from Nothing as well, tried via community & via email as well. So i guess I just need to use this phone with a hole now? very unexpected experience in terms of services.

Update 2: After trying everything, found a connection through discord. Tried to explain everything and the lady contacted with Nothing Team UAE, They asked to take it to SharafDG (Times Square). Technician guy told, nothing phones are not repairable, you can pay for damaged lens & back glass and get your device replaced. MY phone is in scratch less condition, only ultra wide lens broken, I asked him why should I pay for back glass if it’s not even damaged? then he went back & came that your ultra wide lens is broken, you need to pay 551 AED for Camera & 150 AED Service charges to get your phone replaced. I took the tape off and showed the guy that my ultra wide camera is just working fine. and service charges for what, as you just need to replace the phone? They said we can’t do anything as Nothing team gave this quotation for you. I went back, updated the whole scenario to discord Lady from Nothing, she said i have forwarded this to team, will discuss with UAE Team and get back you to you.

      Hi IamLaiqAtiq Did you get your phone repaired or replaced? I just had a similar incident as of yours & my back glass is cracked. Same response as of yours from Sharaf DG Abu Dhabi. Although my phone is out of warranty, I purchased it in 2023 Oct so need to get the back glass replaced so that I can use if for some more time or atleast sell it at a decent price.

          HussainBarwaniwala hi, once a device is broken it’s not under warranty coverage. That’s what i heard. Sharaf DG people were not cooperative at all, but a very kind lady and I must mention Mam Sugna from Nothing Team really helped me and i was ended up getting my phone replaced after paying some amount as at that time local repair was not possible due to parts were not available.
