Watch 3 Pro custom widgets not working - help

so i just got my watch 3 pro and ive gone to do a custom widget and noticed only bottom and top left widget shows the right side doesnt show or some dont show up like activity score et

I encountered the same issue after a week of using the CMF Watch 3 Pro. I reset the device to factory settings and rebooted it, but that didn’t solve the problem. I only reset the watch. Restarting the phone solved the problem, and widgets started displaying correctly.

I have the same issue. Rebooting both the phone and the watch did not fix it.

Also, in my case, all the widgets positioned after the customized widget will not show on the watch even if they are populated within the app. Eg if I put the custom widget in the first slot, none of the other widgets will be displayed on the watch.

Lastly, if I copy the customized widget in multiple slots, it is the same in all the slots on the phone, despite any customization applied in the apps.

Any ideas? Thanks!

I have several ideas for how to solve this problem. I’d venture to guess that the problem isn’t with the watch software, but with the Nothing X app itself, as resetting the watch to factory settings should have fixed the widget issue if it wasn’t there the first time I launched it. You could try clearing the app cache or reinstalling it, or it could be a poor internet connection—in my case, the app repeatedly reported no internet connection, even though it worked in other apps

-Serhii- I have the same feeling: the issue is with the Nothing X app and not with the watch. First, I tried clearing the cache, but it did not fix the problem. Second, I cleared also the app data - this time it worked. I can now customize the widget again. I hope it won’t happen again in the future as it’s annoying to restore all the settings (eg app notifications), but at least now it works! Thanks for the suggestion.
