Nothing’s Support says that 90% of the times to make you not feel ignored, they did the same multiple times as of 4k60 support, HDR fixes, etc and it never got fixed, even when the community makes fixes in minutes.
Don’t get hyped on this, it’s a very average nothing team to say “we escalated this to [sector]”… Nope, it will probably go ignored unless it’s a genius marketing idea.
Also, companies don’t stop updating devices because it’s not capable anymore. They give clear update windows because they need to prioritize the newer devices, if they had longer windows, they’d have to maintain updates to loads of phones simultaneously. It’s too much hassle for such small company to handle.
