For several weeks, I have had crashdumps. This can happen 4 to 5 times a day. I had cli service. A procedure was sent to me It didn’t work. Since then, I have sent a certain number of documents including the purchase invoice, the EMi number. And none anymore. It is under warranty. Who can help me ?.

In regards to warranty, how long have you had your phone?

It’s nothing phone 2 and the os is 2.5.2 and phone buy in July 2023

I have also faced this issue today , a phone worth that much should not have these major issues.
Nothing Team , please look into the problem and reply or do some actions to solve it.
