charles_cYEyMEYAX7 yes, 2a here. Can unlock normally by swiping up and using unlock pattern. But if I wake it up and choose a notification, the unlock pattern doesn’t work. So then I have to click the back arrow, swipe from the bottom, unlock with pattern, swipe from the top, then I can tap on a notification. It’s a PITA. Please fix.

You’d be better off fixing the hotspot issue, because it’s the biggest flaw with this phone. I will never buy a Nothing smartphone again in my life. Absolutely appalling.

SHARANURK Yes, I’m experiencing it too. After the latest update, not only when opening and closing apps, but the entire UI feels laggy and the animations are glitchy.

@Firmware bot After this update, entire operating system is lagging heavily. Opening and closing animations for native apps also too laggy.

Instagram is the top most laggy app in nothing phone, other phone such as oneplus and samsung, it is very smooth to use Instagram

Also HDR content on Instagram isn’t working after this update. Please fix the issues in next update ASAP.

Bharathwaj Yes, I’m experiencing the same issue on my Nothing Phone (2a) after the latest update. The entire operating system feels laggy. Although the animations have improved, the phone still feels sluggish and there are noticeable lags throughout the UI. Instagram only lags occasionally, but the overall system performance definitely needs optimization.
