I accept the fact that, as the company has already mentioned, asking for another major update may seem pointless.
But honestly, Phone (2) was the last true flagship Nothing phone to me. After that, every Nothing phone has felt like a disappointment in one way or anotherāwhether itās the design, specifications, or the overall direction of the brand.
And with the current memory crisis and rising costs, I honestly donāt have much hope that the next Nothing phone will offer the kind of value and innovation we once expected at its price.
One more major update for Phone (2) could have made a huge difference. It would have shown existing customers that Nothing still values the people who supported the brand from the beginningāand it might have given users another reason to stay.
But if the company chooses not to, I guess itās simply time for many of us to start looking elsewhere.
Nothing OS 5.0 on Phone (2) may be just another update, but for some loyal users, it could be the reason to stay.
