I am facing issue with buds connection and pairing to my phone at first the left side was not connected so I decided to Unpair and repair again but after several times of trying to pair nothing happens all buds now are not pairing.. Tried the steps of pairing as told by nothing X app but the light indicator is not plinking as it should after pressing 2 seconds. and I olso tried to reset it by pressing 10 seconds the same false indicator it only turns to red like it’s only power on and of for the housing.. Please help

    I’m also running into this issue. I’ve sent an issue report via the NothingX app, but have not heard back yet.

    I’m also frustrated because, I bought them on Amazon and returning them would be a major headache and fees etc.

    Would love a solve for this because I absolutely love the Buds Pro!

    I have managed to get the Buds Pro working again.

    What I did:

    1. Unpair/forget the Buds Pro through the NothingX app
    2. With buds in the case, charge the case with buds still in
    3. close NothingX app
    4. Turn off Bluetooth on mobile phone
    5. Wait about 30mins
    6. Open Buds case and hold pair button, until white LED pulses
      - this previously only returned the red LED, if this step doesn’t work, repeat prior steps.
      - - it sometimes does not return white LED, at this point I held the pair button for about 1min, just because it seemed to help.
    7. While LED is pulsing, turn on bluetoth on mobile phone
    8. Go to bluetooth setting on mobile phone scan for devices
    9. Select and pair with Buds Pro (still in mobile phone bluetooth setting)
    10. Pair and complete setup
    11. Return to NothinX app
    12. Buds Pro should now be visible and functional as before issue

    If these steps do not work for you, please highlight at which step it does not do as I have listed here - I’ll try and assist where posible.

    I hope this helps anyone who faces a similar issue - I love these buds and assume they are as loved elsewhere.

    nevermind, issue came back this morning, doesn’t work again after trying the steps above.
    Sending back and getting a refund, I think I might get another pair of Ear(1)'s. even though I got the Buds Pro to replace my old ones.
    I’m going to attach images of both old Ear(1)'s and newer Buds Pro (which are now non-functional) just to illustrate what I"m dealing with.

    I recently purchased CMF Buds Pro on Amazon, but unfortunately, they’re not working properly. When I try to put them in pairing mode, a red light turns on and then they turn off. I’ve tried charging them, resetting them, but they still refuse to enter pairing mode. I’ve searched online and checked the FAQ, but couldn’t find a solution. I still haven’t been able to use them at all. At this point, I think I’ll have to request a refund.

      34 days (10 hrs of use) my CMF buds pro start to give problem. Left hear not work, i unpair and after that dead. Try all, chrge, reset, etc.

      Want to ask refund to amazon, they say there are many complaints and after 30 days not refund. (34 days have passed)

      Contact NOTHING support. 30 mails and the lost one they say thzt it is me and amazon who have to solve the issue. They have bla bla and must refund me.

      I like nothing products, but after this no more nothing pdoducts and i will say to everone not to trust NOTHING.

      Also finish my prime with amazon

      I submitted my buds pro in the service centre. it’s been 3 days no response from them

        For me , my right bud not work and totally off. So charged but not charge properly. So i decided charge single single bud. After charge single single bud i reset my buds pro case. & its totally work fine. I hope this will help anyone who faces not connecting or pairing issue.

        FeatPRABHU reading this lines I really have to wonder, why this kinda alpha problems not beeing fixed prior launch.

        I really much favour support companies as a beta tester, but not as a a paying end client.

        Hope CMF improves its conduct in the future. There are hundreds if not thousands of potential beta testers among us.

        Anyway, appears me to be lucky opting for the non-Pro without knowing this thread. The non-Pro Buds are far from flawless, but generally functioning yet.

        I bought a pair of CMF Bubs and the CMF Bubs Pro (the Buds pro bought in error) However, both sets of buds were working perfectly for several weeks. Then they were not.

        Same issue on both sets of buds at exactly the same time. The fault is, not connecting to either a Pixel phone or iPhone. Can’t reset either pair, pressing function button as advised on each case only elicites a single red flash of the led on either pair and not the 3 flashes it should. When both sets are put on a charger i get a red led for a few seconds, then the white led illuminates. Neither pair will show upon any any device as being available for pairing. Both sets of buds are effectively dead at the exact same time. The previous day both sets were working perfectly.

        From reading comments here this appears to have become a major issue for these buds and I highly suspect there has been a firmware update that has ‘bricked’ the units?

        Help, support and ad use would be nice from Nothing

          Well, an abrupt non-functioning could point towards the firmware, but I doubt that somehow.
          As this is a thread about the Buds not Buds Pro, my Buds Firmware is the most recent one: 1.0.5.047

          Hello, I was experiencing this same problem with my CMF buds pro, one of the buds stopped working so I forgot the connection on my phone to try and fix it. Only to not be able to pair again because of the red light appearing instead of the flashing white.

          I’m unsure if this is a complete coincidence but I went on my laptop which I’d used with the buds before and noticed when I had opened my CMF buds case they’d automatically connect to the laptop, I disconnected my buds from the laptop’s Bluetooth and then I tried pairing again only to notice that the flashing white had returned and I could pair them to my phone again with both buds working on my phone again.

          Strange fix but give it a shot, I hope it helps you too.

            I purchased buds pro from Flipkart,I used only one day after this left ear buds was not working then I tried to disconnect and then connect nothing happened. after this I Uninstall the app, reset the buds pro , restart the phone and tried to pair the buds pro now it’s not pairing.

            Please help for this.

            FeatPRABHU Has your issue been resolved at the service centre. Does it is really helpful to reach out a service centre?
