Headphone (1) Pro features a triple driver architecture, delivering richer detail and greater balance across the full sound spectrum.
Each driver is tuned to handle a dedicated frequency range. The 40mm bass driver delivers greater low-end impact for bass that feels fuller and more powerful at 20Hz–10kHz, while the precision dynamic driver enhances vocal and instrumental details with greater precision in the 5kHz–15kHz range. Covering 10kHz–40kHz, the dedicated xMEMS tweeter adds air and texture, with a fast response that keeps high-frequency details clean and precise.
Headphone (1) Pro is Hi-Res Audio certified for both wired and wireless listening, giving you more ways to enjoy detailed sound without distortion. With LDAC, you can enjoy Hi-Res Audio wirelessly at up to 24-bit/96kHz, or connect via USB-C for lossless playback at up to 24-bit/192kHz. A 3.5mm Aux-in connection also supports playback at up to 24-bit/96kHz for audio sources, giving you extra flexibility for everyday listening, or plugging into those tiny TV’s on the plane.

Headphone (1) Pro improves spatial audio by combining a refined algorithm with dynamic head tracking, supported by its new triple driver architecture, to create a more immersive and lifelike listening experience.

🎛️ Tuning
We’ve collaborated with Metropolis Studios to tune our new Flat EQ mode for a more neutral sound profile, and created a dedicated Spatial Audio mode based on their iconic Studio B. We’ve also developed 5 new genre-based EQ profiles shaped by British artists, including Neo-Jazz, British Rock, UK Rap + Grime, Electronica and Bass, giving you more ways to listen with intention.
We’ve also enabled deeper customisation in the Nothing X app, with new and improved Simple EQ presets makes sure you can plug and play by selecting one of these professionally tuned sound profiles that match your favourite genres.
With Advanced EQ you can drag tuning points freely across individual drivers and the full 20Hz–20KHz range, shaping both where an adjustment happens and how strong it feels. The triple driver architecture provides more precise control over individual frequencies to fine-tune your sound.

🎙️ Microphones
Headphone (1) Pro introduces a 10-mic system, bringing more precise noise cancellation to everyday listening. Three feed-forward and two feedback microphones on each side work with intelligent AI processing to measure external noise and acoustic leakage in real time, while a better seal delivers quieter, more comfortable listening. Together, these upgrades improve noise cancellation by 5db, with 40% broader noise cancellation coverage than Headphone (1), making this our best ANC we’ve ever put in a pair of headphones.

🎨 Design + Comfort
Headphone (1) Pro is built from materials intentionally selected to meet the demands of both audiophiles and everyday listeners. Compared to Headphone (1), Headphone (1) Pro features a 2.0 mm wider headband and 1.0 mm thicker padding. At just 327g, with 50% softer foam than Headphone (1) and a pivot mechanism letting each earcup tilt up to 20°, it delivers comfort without compromising stability. The new padding, combined with a redesigned titanium and aluminium structure, keeps comfort high and weight low.
Headphone (1) Pro’s upgraded 4-microphone Environmental Noise Cancellation system uses DNN-enhanced beamforming to isolate your voice, while an optimized algorithm suppresses wind and high-frequency noise that’s trained on over 30 million real-world samples from traffic, restaurants and windy environments. Whether you’re on a windy street, a packed train, in a noisy crowd, or anywhere else in Chicago for that matter, your voice comes through clear and natural, every time.

For those all night recording sessions, Headphone (1) Pro delivers up to 30 hours of listening with ANC on, and with ANC off, Headphone (1) Pro lasts up to 68 hours.
When it comes to recharging, a rapid charge gives you 2 hours of playback with ANC on from a quick 5 minute charge.

🔎 Wear Detection
Enable via the Nothing X app. Intelligent wear detection automatically pauses your audio when you remove the headphones and resumes playback when you put them back on, helping your listening experience stay seamless and uninterrupted.
