Plans for the weekend?

Yes, there's public transport. But our Power Users have told me that I have put on a bit of weight. So it's time to enjoy the weather and trim the podge down a bit. *Gosh, this turned out quite personal.* Anywho, I promise to post some pics of my late evening ride tonight at some point. Oh… I've got a birthday party to attend tomorrow and Sunday is a packed family fun day. Oh yes, the community is my second family, I hope you don't mind. That's it. This robot is indeed a normal person (sometimes). What have you got planned yourself? You can have no plans and be free too, no judgement.

Not much planned except a mini-hike tomorrow visiting the forest with one of my childhood friends. Other than that just expecting great weather and being outside a lot. Mostly looking forward to spending time with my son and wife! 😄

Rudi Currently no plans gonna hit the books hard because exams start early next month 😬 Might watch Fallout (heard some good things about it)or IPL(Cricket Tournament). Also Moved to a new city this week so extremely tired from it 😴.

Mine was a chill weekend with some pending office work, netflix (repeating some of my old favourites) and some shopping…ended the weekend with an ice-cream (some Mocha Almond Fudge Brownie ice cream…in short it had everything so that you cant differentiate anything 😂)

It’s time for another weekend, which means a roundup of everyone’s plans!

Tonight I’m off to see Dr Strange 2, whilst the Mrs has all the girls over (escaped that one!).

Tomorrow some friends are coming over, Sunday we are going to see friends we haven’t seen for a while. Might see if I can get my haircut at some point too and probably crack out the BBQ. Oh, and maybe a 10-11mi run on Sunday morning.

Uneventful weekend ahead for me. But I use that to get out and go/see somewhere I haven’t yet. Whether its a new restaurant, mall, park etc.

This weekend looks like I’ll take 2 trips up to Lake Norman here in North Carolina US to hike, grill, etc with the girlfriend and my 4 legged son 😆

Sometimes you just gotta get outside. Even if it’s just sitting in another chair or at a table.

I had great Friday night. Met so many people in web3 meet-up.

Damn! I didn’t know so many developers in India working on so many different projects. On Solana, Polygon and FTX.

arpan2308 Hope you stay ‘chilled’ at home lol! And there’s me complaining about the British rain 😏 I’ll be (hopefully) having a BBQ with some friends tomorrow, before hitting up the Hackney Half Marathon on Sunday and the last footie game of the season too, so Sunday is a busy one for me!

Surya_8055 Done with two episodes. It is great. Builds well on S1. The soul of S1 is maintained…that innocence, that slight humour, those grassroot problems etc. Delves a bit more in village politics but good till now. A nice light hearted family entertainer

What’s everyone got up their sleeve for this weekend?

I’m meeting some friends for a picnic tomorrow, plus watching the UCL final in the evening. Sunday I’m holding out for a family BBQ, but otherwise a pretty chilled out day. Probably fit in a run at some point Sunday morning, maybe a 10mi.

Now this thread increases pressure on doing something on weekend 😂…any advise on how to write that I am chilling and wasting time this weekend again in a different way. How come you guys have different plans everytime. I always just try to sleep and accumulate energy for next week 🤔

It’s Thursday, which means the weekend is almost upon us (felt like this week flew by!). What’s everyone got planned this weekend? Quiet one for me (for a change) but will see some friends on Sunday for a potential BBQ, should the UK weather permit.

This weekend shall be spent looking for a new place to live. Lease is ending so it’s time to look for somewhere new.

I enjoy moving and being somewhere new but I also hate moving everything lol

During my first life and my first job, in 20 years I moved every ⅔ years or so, for a job abroad, then back to France, in another city, again leaving for abroad, and for 20 years. Now it’s calmer..

And for this week-end, calm with my back, really calm !!
