Hai, can any one clarify, why my 2a is became very slow in net surfing even though I have 5g jio network in my locality

From last 3 days my jio 5g is not working in my nothing phone. I have tried other jio 5g sim they are also not working. But these sim working fine in other mobile.

Is any issue with Nothing phone 2a.

My device is not showing 5g I am a social influencer ,I have suggested this device to many ,they too facing the same issue all my locality people are using 5g in 10k mobiles too ,it proofs me NOTHING IS NOTHING ,for tomorrow if you solve it I will appreciate your talent 🙏

I also face 5G issue in JIO sim. Till now it is not solve. Same JIO sim 5G working in another phone.

Sujit_7 same issue facing past 1months before that it’s working on my nothing 2a but now now only 4G Network Workings..

I bought new Airtel sim it’s working 5G..and I swapped my jio sim to another phone in that 5G Working ..only nothing 2a facing issues

      In my testing of 1 month

      I have seen a constant issue of network

      Actually, phone losses it 5G network and somethings 4G too and goes to 0 Mbps and after restarting it goes to 5G again

      Also, while playing online games by using phone hotspot if show speed as 234 Mbps but the ping of GE is too high

      I live in Mumbai, India where 5G and 4G speed are brilliant

      Please check it and fix it through update
