Phone (2a) - 5G connection

Sujit_7 Please if you can explain the issue in detail. Which network you are using. Also, do share the data / sim settings.

Could please confirm nothing phone 2A have 5G support? Because in India Jio True 5G is not working in nothing 2A

Recently I purchased nothing phone 2a and I have jio 5g sim too with recharge but still It is not connecting to 5g and when I check on my jio app , he asking for check for update but there is not any update , please , help me to solve this problem.

Check the Preferred network type (Settings > Network and internet > SIMs > Your cellular service > Preferred network type) it it’s set to 5G then there be some issue with your network. It it’s now 5G the set it to 5G.

Same issues but on the jio end they told we have no issues son our end

I have done everything every setting but device is unable to connect to 5g network…I’m having a very bad experience with nothing.

I have swapped my SIM but same result no 5g network

They already did & I’m not the only who is facing the same issue … may users of nothing phone 2a is unable to connect to 5g network……you also check on Google
