Guys, don’t blame moderators for anything; they are just doing their job. All the departments operate independently.

I read a few people talking about marketing and everything, but that’s not how a company operates. Moderators can only report to the Community Board Advisors (CBO), whose role is to address and find solutions for the issues.

Moderator roles are only to ensure Community guidelines, managing & merging of contents , providing support while engaging in conversation to make forum alive , facilitating discipline to ensure the conversation stay on topic and resolving disputes….

But yes i do agree moderators should actively engage with the audience, addressing concerns and providing solutions when needed.
Their role is crucial in maintaining a positive and constructive atmosphere within the community.

Therefore, it’s essential for moderators to possess the skills necessary to effectively manage and resolve issues that arise, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants…… hope they should learn this while in there training period.

PSYCHO Yup, I agree. They don’t even need to actively engage and provide solutions, that’s technically not part of their task list, but would be welcomed of course. Moderators get the blame on every community forum, and yet they are only doing their “job”. Voluntary even.

I am guessing we can get update tomorrow?
    JUST GUESSING!

As tomorrow is Holi, like how did they provide all users in Christmas

    JUST A Guess

Pranshu I am hoping for same that’s why I am not asking or writing anything in this forum for last 2-3 days. let’s seeee

I just hope the fix all the camera issues. Glaring effect in video, Terrible hdr in photos, pretty mediocre portrait photos with bad skin tones and more. GCam is the only thing keeping me from not switching the phone (camera is a top priority).

PSYCHO Despite multiple emails with detailed problems and device info, the support offers nothing but generic solutions like clearing cache or resetting the phone. These automated responses and update prompts are useless.

Resetting won’t fix bad photos, missing features (dialer, equalizer), or poor battery life. The software itself is flawed. Currently, aesthetics are the only saving grace.

thalapathy I understand your concern regarding the lack of replies to your feedback or emails.
In such cases, the best course of action would be to contact the support team directly by obtaining the contact number from the official website.

As for the issues with bad resolution photos and missing features, Nothing will not personally send it to you.
The implementation of features only occurs when there is a demand from a large number of users.
That’s why there’s a “Nothing wishlist thread” where most concerns and desired features are shortlisted.

I acknowledge the issue of poor battery life, which is present in version 2.5.2 and is set to be addressed in the upcoming OTA update.
The teams are actively working to resolve this in future updates.
Simply tagging everyone won’t solve the issue, as I’ve been saying all along. The best approach is to provide feedback with suggestions, mark my word - as more features are shortlisted from there than from the forum…

Meanwhile my 7 year old Ipad Pro 10.5 getting:

            iOS 17.4.1

This update provides important bug fixes and security updates and is recommended for all users.

I think what they are trying to do is shift phone (2) updates from Jan - March …

              TO
              April - June …

As I think it might be hectic for them to provide updates for all 3 phones in the same month.

              Tell me what you think

totalsandy I own an ipad pro M1 and let me shed some light on the reality. Those ipados updates are practically pointless just to give some false sense of continuity in support. I admit there are some useful points in few updates but such impactful updates are very rare.

Lost patience now. Atleast for 1 year since release; they should give priority for their flagship NP2. Else I feel simply wasted 45k on the NP2. No improvements to camera, no useful software updates and missing many basic features. Too slow and waste of money.

@“Siddharth_Pas”#प47329 You can’t do anything with them, they are so arrogant.
