Hey guys an update! I was able to solve this issue. So basically I enabled the developer mode, then went in the developer settings and then into cpu usage, there I was finally able to see that Search Engine Selector running in the background & I simply turned it off! Happy to report I am not seeing it again! After this you can disable the developer mode. Few people also reported here the same issues, you guys too can do this, it will solve the issue for sure.
