I have purchased a Nothing Phone 2a. Got the delivery today. I have noticed a glitch in the finger print scanner. It’s not working at all while unlocking the phone. Anyone else facing the same issue?

          That’s true, I removed the fingerprint, restarted the device, re added and it worked. I have also reached out to the nothing support and they advised the same steps. Keep the device updated and it works like a charm…

          I tried the same but it is very inconsistent, it gives dirt detected sometimes and sometimes works but with a hard press of the finger

          My Nothing Phone 2(a) is unable to read my fingerprints!

          It works fine before, but now it’s just not working anymore!

          I have removed all my fingerprints & have added new ones. But i still cannot unlock my phone using my fingerprints! Same goes with all the apps that require my fingerprints to log in!

            Solved: I removed the installed 9h tempered glass. Few days after, I noticed that there was a pre-installed plastic screen protector that comes along with the unit, that makes the screen less sensitive and responsive when we were not aware that screen protector got doubled.

            Solved. I removed the added tempered glass over a pre-installed screen protector, then reset the security.
