It’s been 6 days since i got my phone but still Error message . Nothing please do something

Its been 7 days still why we are not able to redeem perplexity offer and why nothing is not responding in this case

6 Days here. Heard on discord that the support is asking for an invoice with both IMEI numbers. Checked my invoice with Flipkart and it only list one of the IMEIs, specifically IMEI2. Hoping to get a resolution that is applicable to everyone facing this issue. This is my first experience with the brand and would hope the interactions with customer support is a positive one with resolution.

It’s absolutely terrible.. It says we can redeem only within 5 days of delivery .. Did anyone know about this fact or Did ‘Nothing’ even advertise the expiry date or not?

    Had called their tele-support and even filled in the web-form but they have simply not replied. They gave email id to send the invoice. Did anyone try using the other option where only the imei and email is asked? Also wondering why so less people are commenting on this as believe every purchaser has this problem.

      Same for me also, I got the device on 12 th march. But It’s showing same error!

        Its been 8 days since delivery for me (7 if you exclude the delivery day), The form still says That the information is currently unavailable! Is anyone even looking at this?

        Is it a flipkart specific problem? or are people who purchased from other channels facing the same issue?

          Unable to redeem Perplexity Pro subscription. Last five days it was shown error in page. and today showing Error 404. How can I get the opportunity????

            Tom I was unable to buy a Phone 2a within the timeframe of the Perplexity Pro offer, as the 256GB Milk version of the Phone 2A continues to be out of stock. Could you please extend the timeframe of the offer until the phone’s back in stock again? Thanks! By the way, the link you posted just now gives a 404 error ;-)
