I have problem with my nothing phone 2a

Issue slow charging why , i am using nothing 45W charger and also using nothing cable that gives me with my phone box, then why charging very slow

Full charging time more than 2 hr

20% to 100%

My 18W Google Pixel OG charger charges the 2a from 25% to 85% in 1.5 hours. I am not complaining.

I am using 2a from last 3-4 week and about charging this is my review

I am using cmf gan charger

Phone charges from 0-100 in 50-60 mins if u are in room with ac at 20-24°c

It charges from 0-100 in 1hr 10 mins if you are in room temperature of ~30°c but if due to any thing example your phone is covered let it be a sheet or something it will heat a bit and then charging time will be 3hrs or more

If you are using phone and then charging it will take 2hrs or sometimes it has shown 3hrs in settings..

So overall charging isn’t optimised for nothing phone 2a . I mean you always will not charge your phone only on standby mode . Sometimes you will be using it while charging and sometimes you may or may not be in room with ac . And phone with 45w charging speed is gonna take 3hrs .. is this a joke . I had asus maxprom1 in 2018 with 5000mah and 10w charging that used to charge in 1.5hrs or max 2

So I have recently purchased nothing 2a phone and in the starting the rapid charging was fine but recently after I updated my software in the phone no matter how many times I restart the phone it charges slowly.however It does show that rapid charging is taking place.Anyone know how to tackle this problem? Reply as soon as possible.Thanks

SheladiyaDeep After 2.5.5 update charging time is worse, Initially i thought it was the temperature which caused slow charging but now even with the A/C on the device charged to 63% in approx 1 hour, feeling cheated tbh.

Can I use Motorola’s 68W PD charger that came with Motorola Edge 40 Neo for Nothing phone 2a? I feel that my phone 2a is draining a little faster than I expect, is it due to the charger I use?

MohanPrasath_bQVADZxOrU I have been using Phone 2a since 1 month now and if I use Mi 65w charger it take 1.5hrs for 1-100%.

If used 47w charger it takes 2.5hrs for 100%

While using CMF 65W charger it take 1hr for me to reach 1-100%

I never allow my phone to drain until 0% so 1% is where I examined.

In the SS At 69% it was showing me 1hr 9min left for full charge but now at 71% it shows 33min with same 65W charger bcz I am alongside using the phone. So I suggest leave the phone idle with screen turned off for charging and then see the difference.

All of you, instead of complaining here, why don’t you all send your logs to Nothing so they become aware of the issue. I have been in contact with the technical team for weeks now and have been sending logs via settings>feedback. Blabbering here won’t help I suppose.

i notice one thing that when my phone 2a enable wifi and mobile data or apps in background it takes more than 2 hours to charge from nothing 45 watt original charger but when i connect my phone after off everythings it takes less than 1 hour to full charge.

MrDeja I have bought samsung 45 watt travel adapter, at first it used to charge rapidly, but after 10 days the mobile shows rapidly changing but actually it’s taking very long to charge, literally 5 mins for every 1%. This is so not acceptable.

I’ve got an Anker arc station pro game 452 wich hast a maximum wattage of 45W but it charges my phone only with 30W. Hopefully I could help with that

Earlier when i bought the phone it used to get charged in 60-65 mins but now from the last 10 days it is taking 90 minutes to 2 hours or sometimes it even shows 3 hours to full charge .

Is it a charger issue or a software issue ?

Anyone else facing the same or is it just me ?

After April system update my nothing phone 2a YouTube 4k video was lagging and charging very slowly it takes 90 min 0% to 100% and 20% to 100% takes 2 hours 😫😭😭 before update my nothing phone 2a takes 70 minutes upto 0% to 100% please solve our problemsNothing OS

Today mine is not charging even one percent of the battery, today I checked realme 65w charger to charge battery I think maybe it works but it’s not working, before that I used realme 30w charger, all are original realme chargers
