I’m using nothing phone 2a I will charge cmf 65w charger

But changing speed is very slow maximum timing 1.45hours sometimes nearly 2hours

Why changing speed is too low

MAYURMOHABE Go for the 25 watt Samsung PD charger…It works fine and shows charging rapidly…It takes 0-100 near about 1 hour 20 mins at max.

Yeah so the nothing phone 2a has the usb 2.0 port which has no PD charging capabilities so it can only fast charge with the original 45W adaptor of nothing. Another thing is it also fast charges with the Samsung 25W charger but my guess for that is that the electronics used are similar in both of them and the 65w one has GaN technology which the 2a doesn’t support.

My old charger for Pixel 6a 25W charges very good, mostly charging my phone when i dirive to my jobb and back to home,only weekends i use home charger.Battery times is ok for me.But it might be that i dont use my phone like others,I am not slaved by a phone yet

SANDEEPPAUL Bro its due to software updates,

After purchasing you have Installed updates in your nothing phone 2a due to which this problem is occurring and it will be solved automatically when your phone will be fully optimised with the new ota update second the charging temperature exceeds then your phone will charge very slow.

So please wait for some days this will be solved. And if any problem remains please talk to nothing customer care.

MrDeja bro first of all check whether the charger’s port provides 45w charging even though it’s a pd charger before buying it and use the cable provided in phone’s box or try using nothing phone 2a’s charger or cmf’s 65w charger then talk about that gimmick

Samsung EP-T4510XBEGEU, went up to 34W for 2 mins, then steady 27W-28W til 90%, after that 15W down to 7W until 100%. With the OnePlus Warp 65W PD 40W charging was fluctuating. Still 27W-28W is far from the advertised 45W with certified PD chargers.

RohithTony unplug the cable, count to 10 and plug it back, is a bug. I even used 5A cable, Samsung original, only charges 14W if I let it be.

MihneaPerianu I’m using CMF 65W original charger still taking 15watts and when temperature rises 5watts 🥲, when I first plugged the charger it’s reach almost 30watts within 10 seconds it’s dropped 0 and rise between 1 to 20watts 🥲

My nothing phone 2a blue edition 8gb ram 256gb storage. Battery charging issue it shows 2hrs 5min to full charge from 25% to 100% using official nothing cable and cmf official 65w gan charger. Also I have seen battery struggling to last a whole day and my AOD is always on.

Also I have been facing major display issues too. All this coming up simply signals that I have received a defective unit despite buying an exclusive blue colour for India I should have avoid this phone as I fell for their marketing gimics
