Dear Developers please develop the Dark theme to be pure dark because it’s feeling really like using a LCD Display and at night time eyes getting pain please make Pure Black Dark theme.

I just wanted to suggest an idea I had related to the battery % indicator.
Most people I know often hide the battery percentage number to make the notification area look clean.
But when the battery drops we often have to open the quick settings to see the percentage
I thought in the next update it might be useful if there was a setting to automatically show the percentage number if the battery level is at a certain point.
I also think I’d would be handy if we could assign stuff like flash light or music play/pause to the power button on holding instead of having an assistant shortcut

Switched off feature : When Phone locked and press the switch off button it didn’t ask for password and switched off. It is not a safe security. It should be updated soon.
Control center : the access of control center should be enable/ disable when phone locked, this time anyone can on or off internet, blutooth, wifi, hotspot, location etc. It is not a safe security. It should be updated soon.
Volume icon : There should be a volume icon in control center for increasing/ decreasing volume without use of physical buttons. It will be good for phone buttons.
Face lock feature : There should be improvement in face lock. It is not working properly. If I lock by face it didn’t capture eyes. And unlocked phone by closed eye face. It is not a safe security.

I recently got my hands on the Nothing phone and, while there are some great features, I did find a few things missing that matter a lot to me.
The first issue I noticed is that there’s no feature for private files or a private safe. This is a big concern for me because my phone is often used by my family or friends, and without this, I have to think twice before handing it over.
Another thing that stood out is the inability to restrict app data usage in the frontground. This is something I’ve found useful in other phones to save data and battery life, and its absence here is disappointing.
Lastly, I really missed having a sidebar with quick access to features like screen search or screen translate. These are little tools that I rely on, and their absence was definitely felt.
These are just my initial thoughts—hope future updates can address these issues!

Below are the questions raised in my mind when I saw the video first. Because the os 3.0 has only limited number of features which are useful but there are some things that community members are asking for a long time.
- Was all the features revealed or still something in store for us?
- Expected some enhancements and fun to the existing widgets and more new widgets, but only one was mentioned in the video, because if you are going to use the same thing for a long time, you will really get bored
- And for the pedometer and screen time widgets, can we have an interface to see the previous data which will make the widgets more functional and useful
- There are some things related to security (like password prompt before switching off the phone) we can see in community as a most requested feature. Will there be anything from nothing team especially for security enhancements?
- Also there were many issues related to haptics and camera performance throughout the community. will there be any improvements on both of these with Nothing OS 3.0?
- In home screen customisation, the major thing we were missing is icon size customisation. Because in default theme icons look huge
- What about the private space. Are we going to use android 15 private space or the existing one? If it is existing one, will we get a seperate password protection other than screen lock pin or pattern?
- Anything for the nothing ecosystem and connected experience?
- Option to switch between Ndot and other fonts.
- Can introduce some new animations in widgets and other places in order to make the user experience better.
- Really, expected some more functionality to the glyph interface
Good points, especially about the widgets we all want to see something new there.
Your suggestion is good, but the company says it has a small software development team, and your suggestion is too extensive. Please wait until OS 5.0.

Some features which a 150$ phone’s of other brand have are missing in nothing phone’s which are basic
Like:-
1. Schedule power off and on
double tap to wake up the screen feature (nothing has single tap to wake up the lockscreen but it doesn’t work properly).
password to switch off the phone feature.
Quick settings for auto brightness.
:- this features are so important,yes not every phone has password to switch off the phone feature but as nothing add unknown and new feature this basic features should always be ready for the brand like nothing.so nothing think about it
