ThilakMs when you keep your phone in an enclosed area which gets hot, the battery will get hot too causing a battery drain. May I know where you live and what’s the weather conditions around you?

I bought nothing phone 2a recently and have been facing this issue of having not good battery life as claimed and reviewed by youtubers. To quantify the max Iam getting is 4.5-5hrs of screen on time. Which should have been pretty close to 7hrs atleast.

There is one more issue I am suspecting. It’s maybe because iam not using an official nothing charger and using the one from my old phone which is 67W but I haven’t been able to charge quicker than 1.5hrs.

Do rectify if there is any issue with the device. Or suggest me a cure.

So, my Nothing phone 2a was draining battery like crazy, and the charging speed was turtle-paced. But guess what? A factory reset saved the day!

I brought it on 5 back yesterday night I saw it on 40% before bed so I didn’t charge but today morning when I look the battery it show 32%

In the first few days the phone is still getting used to your use, so the battery goes down fast sometimes, keep an eye on it during the week, also recommend putting it on airplane mode at night.

"No it didn’t to this extent…and i know the consequences of updating beta and I’m not complaining…just sharing my experience so that it can be fixed in the next update…i think that’s the purpose of beta..to find and solve any issues that may arise before the stable update is rolled out..
