Nothing phone 2a 8GB vs 12GB version

Hi all, i just wanna ask, if its worth it to buy 12gb version or is it enough to go with 8gb.. i dont care about ROM memory.. i just wanna know if its smoother with bigger RAM memory or if it doesnt matter … THANKS ALL

wik_yura I think you will be fine with 8gb variant . just take the 256gb storage variant. I personally bought the 12gb variant because I will keep this phone for 5-6 years as I kept my last oneplus 5t . dont use the ram booster feature as it will eventually slow down your storage (was turned on by default on my variant , had to turn off ).

nothin special .. i m just classic user .. some social media, browser, twitch, movies and poker app.. i just wanna know whats the difference between 12gb and 8gb version .. if its worth it .. if the phone is smoothier with 12gb version …

wik_yura Go for 8GB and save 💲. You won’t notice much difference.

For a mid range, 8 GB is more than enough to be honest. If you’re looking for the top version, double the storage is more important than the additional RAM, but having that too is a nice plus.

Go for the base version. Higher varients is not value for money, because you are getting same UFS 2.2 storage.

And ram 8/12 would not effect that much in day to day usage.

It’s better to same your mony and buy a charge and good quality case and a screen protector.

I think the opposite. The 12 GB version is still a good price. I only use Youtube, Chrome,YouTube Music,Plex,Gmail and standard apps and my ram goes to 7,7 GB. I think it is even more important to buy the bigger ram version because of the slow storage…you don’t have to load app that often from storage that is slow.
