in a certain place near my home I even get 5G++ too on my nothing 2a . never seen ++ on any device before

    First i thought that it because of network provider, i have facing network problem. Then i check my other phone & it shows excellent connectivity with High speed internet with same 5g SIM Card (Airtel) connectivity.

    And it’s not the first time it happening daily.

    And don’t suggest that go to settings and switch to 5g network preferences, i tried that ✌️✌️.

    I think 5G and 5G+ are based on SIM Cards. I had my old SIM which showed only 5G but when I upgraded to Postpaid, I started getting 5G+ but when I go roaming it showed only 5G.

    Not sure what Airtel is up to. This may be related to SIM and Signal Quality.

    After I received the recent update from Nothing (Pacman-U2.6-241021-2253-IND) I’m facing 5G connectivity issues it’s showing 5G in the status bar but in terms of network speed it doesn’t happening. I’m feeling very frustrated. Hope you will resolve the issue asap.

    And the Main Point is, the same sim card work perfectly on other devices, i.e. Airtel 5G works great in other devices in same location, dunno what’s the issue with Nothing Phone (2a), modem issue maybe?

    (Phone is well Optimized with Jio network, maybe partnership with them or something)

    e.g. IQOO Z9 pro which has same chipset, there Airtel 5G works fine, no network instability and all good.

    Maybe Firmware issue. What’s wrong with nothing’s optimization and what’s the meaning of special “Pro” version of D7200 🙃
