Phone (2a) - Electric current

While charging phone (2a), I feel a very mild sensation from a low electric current from the Volume button and power button. Sometimes it prickle in hand, But by licking the buttons you can feel the electric current passing on it. So i want to know that whether it happens only with me or with everyone.

If it happens with everyone, then make the volume button plastic in the community edition of phone(2a).
