TinkerStinker yes I’ve faced this problem a few times while playing games. Particularly happens if the game is running in the background and then I switch back to it.
Hey, I have the same issue. I bought the earphones 2 weeks back. Did this method fix your problem?

I have the same issue , my left earpiece us playing audio at a higher volume than my right one.
When listening, I only ever hear things coming from the left earbud, taking it out lead to me realising that the right earbud is barely making any noise, tried resetting the buds like other threads said to but to no avail, Please help!

TinkerStinker I do have exact same problem, every 5-7 sec it is looping, I have done everything possible, what should we do now to get rid of this

Ganesh_sarkar after the last firmware update issue only lasts for about half a second for me so its not such a problem anymore

I have the same issue. Left earbud suddenly has a super low maximum volume (around 5%). There seems no way to fix this.
Please someone from Nothing look at this! Moderator, can you confirm this is a known bug and if there is any progress?
More details:
I’ve had the problem with multiple devices. Pixel 9, Redmi 13 (MIUI). I have the latest CMF buds firmware.
I tried Bluetooth reconnecting. It doesn’t fix it.
Sometimes the left earbud suddenly works again? Perhaps after recharging to 100%? Or discharging to 0%?

HarrishKumarST Turn on (or off) high sound quality in the settings and it will reboot the earbuds which fixes them.
Unfortunately, I also encountered this problem and I noticed it because during the Rome marathon, at a certain point the left headphone stopped working, I assume because it was discharged and the right only emitted a faint sound.
So I decided to return them on Amazon and I bought the Pro Buds 2, hoping that there is not the same problem.
I am very happy with this product, only that in the last few months they have started to give problems.
Many times with the iPhone the right headphone would not connect or other times the left headphone would not connect.
I never understood why there was this problem, I did nothing but put it in the case and then take them out and in the end they connected.

GUYS I HAVE FOUND AN 100% RATE SOLUTION.
Open your bud case (doesnt matter what battery%), and hold the button in-between the bud slots until the tiny LED starts blinking. Now if you try connecting the buds to your phone, they will set themselves up again with the app. This so-called “restart” will make the buds work properly and balanced.
