I have recently purchased the cmf buds with phone 2a it was working great. Yesterday you guys pushed a new update(Version 1.0.5.047). The sound balance was not good and volume was overpushed. But today my buds are not working. It’s getting connected but no audio is coming out of it. I can hear system sound of the buds and the noise cancellation is working well too but no audio whatsoever.

    There is also a problem facing on dual pairing some times the devices connected but the buds not taking the sound from the phone if one 2 device connected one device sound is coming and other one sound not coming in tws after reconnect it’s fine

    Hi, I recently bought a nothing’s cmf buds. After a day of using cmf buds I can’t able to hear the my device’s sound. And I can’t able to play YouTube videos, musics and games while connecting to the cmf buds. Whats the solution for this

      As also suggested above, have you since tried to forget them from your device and connect them again? You can also reset them.

        This is caused due to a software bug in the two devices connection feature.

        Disconnect your buds from the second device and your audio should be working just fine like before.

          Hallo my cmf buds aren’t producing sound I just got them yesterday but once I finished a call it worked but with poor sound quality

          Hello, Since yesterday evening, my CMF Buds have stopped producing sound while using them with my Nothing Phone (2). Touch controls work, but no audio plays. I’ve tried resetting the buds, reconnecting them, and checking the volume settings, but the issue persists.

          Is anyone else facing this problem? Any troubleshooting suggestions?

          There is a bug in the Nothing Phone 2 after connecting to the CMF Buds. When I connect them to the MacBook, I get audio, but when I connect them to the Nothing Phone 2, I don’t get any audio.
