I just bought a new nothing phone 2a for myself and already have a nothing phone 1 which is being used by my life for almost an year now.

I ordered a new charger from Amazon, for Rs. 1000/- I checked for images, review and images in review etc and thought it might be one original charger. I thought this might me some discount which the company provides at various times.

But when I received that charger and I have already seen and touch the original charges I could make out it is one exact copy of the original with almost the kind of same packing as well.

I request the company to have a look of these kind of charges being sold on almost every online platform and ask them to shut these copies.

    Suggest everyone to only buy from original listed accessories on flipkart. Nothing uses flipkart only in India.

    I bought the nothing charger from a local shop and I had suspicions when I bought it home so I opened the Nothing site quickly and checked the originality by it’s serial number and thankfully it was registered on their site and was a genuine IN product!

      M1st what if the serial number is a copy?

          PPan it could be but the packaging, font and other details feel very realistic and I don’t really expect it to be a fake charger. The charger itself feels premium and chonky when holding it! It charges very fast and I have no issues regarding it!

          The serial number scam would be more convincing if it were a charger of a big company like Apple and Samsung?

              M1st I bought one of these chargers from Amazon in October 2023. Initially the charger was working fine, however, now i dont see the charging speed go beyond 15 W. I checked on the official Nothing website that this is a genuine charger as per the SN listed on the charger. Let me know if i can reach out to Nothing service center for replacement since it it within 6 months time period.

                  karanchadha As I am aware that Nothing only sells genuine accessories on Flipkart only, not Amazon. The charger you got is obviously a duplicate because there are a lot of duplicates on online sites and second, it’s must have been cheap too(like 1K). The original charger costs more than 2K INR.

                  I got a year of warranty by the store I bought it from, despite it being a 45W charger, it will charge my phone around 25-29W because this is intended to protect the phone and charger from overheating which they still do in a well ventilated cool room.

                  High chance that the Serial Number might be a copy.
