    Well some issues of the camera like lens glare and color inconsistency between lenses are fixed.
    But whats with the issue with 4K HDR playback in YouTube.Previously it was smooth but now there is considerable stutters and frame drops

        Firmware (bot) Disappointed, but did not see improvement in camera section even taking more time to process image after click. Image color also much softer side after update 2.5.5. previous color processing was ok. Focus process has slowed. Jittering between lense switch.

        Need to recheck and roll out a new update to fix camera. Thanks ā€œteam Nothingā€ for your continuous efforts!

          My lord, such whining trolls here. Give them a break, rather than providing constructive feedback for a fix why such entitlement.

            The cameras were good. Now all the details are gone. The photo is so exposed and it just looks so bad. The camera was good. Now itā€™s bad.

            After 2.5.5 update, phone 2a lagging a lot, 4k 60fps video not playing smoothly like before, very bad experience with nothing, regretting after buying it, after updating improvement should be there, instead it becomes very slow, recommend not to buy nothing phone 2a šŸ˜”šŸ˜”šŸ˜”šŸ˜”

              I regret buying this phone. I feel like am using some cheap phone that is not at all stable and nothing is good on this phone, after the 2.5.5 update. The charging speed has become very slow and the camera which was average earlier now it has become worse. It is very inconsistent, you need to take 10 shots to get one picture that also with incorrect colors. I am selling this phone and I would stop people to buy this brand, wait for 2-3 years more if you really wanna spend money on this phone, they need to be serious about the market and the customer. make a stable phone, it is not about 24000, it is about what you are getting at that price. I would never expect iPhone performance at this but if I am spending 24000 that means the product should justify itā€™s price. It is worthless.

              Please fix charging speed. That is important otherwise this will become a useless burden for me. I donā€™t care about the camera.

                ShaikRehan If thereā€™s a feature you would like in NothingOS, thatā€™s fine. But please donā€™t presume to speak for everyone or even the majority of users.

                I can only speak for myself, but I hate the app duplication Samsung causes by having their own versions of Google apps. So I hope Nothing stays away from that. Especially while they are still a small company. Let them focus on building NothingOS first.

                    @MithuMandal No I would not say there are many issues in Nothing 2A .To be honest the software is quite stable. I did not face any bugs from day 1 since this phone launched. Dont know why you are overreacting.

                    But camera and 4K HDR are basic things in smartphones. If the issue was due to bad hardware ,our expectations would not be high. But the issue is with optimization. If something is being fixed dont break the other stuffs. @Firmware (bot) Please take time and fix the things. We dont need 100 updates in 2 months. We need 1 update which will fix most of our issues.

                    Following things need to be fixed:

                    1.4K HDR playback in YouTube was just perfect. Phones like Motorola Edge 50 pro and Oneplus Nord CE 4 have lags and stuttering during playback. But Nothing ruined it post this update and again needs to be fixed.

                    2. Lack of clarity in UltraWide .Being a 50 MP lens I think it can provide much more else replace it with a 13MP next time. Should not be a on paper specs.

                    3. Fix Night mode camera. Picture is coming totally washed out. Surprisingly with Night mode off pictures are better.

                    4. Please dont over expose image with human object . We dont want to look like ghosts in pictures and dont want instagram ready photos. People are smart enough to do that via editing. Just keep the tone natural.

                    These are the things I noticed till now.

                    Schippie Exactly. Having their own version of apps that are already present and good enough would take up unnecessary resources. Theyā€™d have to develop them, make them compatible and maintaining them throughout which takes up time. Time they need to get the OS perfect. And this has been advertised this way too, so I donā€™t understand why people are complaining about this while this has been well known even before they launched the Phone 1.

                      After new update in my nothing 2a, battery drain very fast, today I changed my mobile 80% and used just 30minutes,and never touched 10hours also aeroplane mode is enabled, when I looked my mobile itā€™s dropped 59% of battery percentage šŸ˜­
