Today we announced during our Q1 Community Update, live from Tokyo, Japan that we will be establishing a new foundation of our audio product suite with two new wireless earbuds, Nothing Ear and Nothing Ear (a). In addition, we announced industry-first ChatGPT integrations in our audio and smartphone products, plus dropped a big update for Phone (2) 🤩

A culmination of consistent refinement in design and engineering over the past three years, our latest audio products offer a premium user experience for the audiophile and everyday listener alike.

We’ve stripped back the product numbers on our audio products to centre the focus around the product and the user experience - more on that here.

Nothing Ear - Sound, Evolved

A refinement of Ear (2), Ear preserves and evolves Nothing’s iconic transparent earbud design to deliver the company’s best-ever audio experience, delivering richer sound without compromising on performance.

      Nothing

At least they should make voice responses for Google assistant through ear buds which are very helpful and Circle to search as samsung does they make tech fun I mean Clowns, I thought they will add FMDN (Find My Device Network) option completely disappointed 😞

Rob ⚡️ “In addition, we announced industry-first ChatGPT integrations in our audio and smartphone products”

Interesting development on the integration of ChatGPT. In light of the collaboration with Perplexity as part of the phone 2a launch, worthwhile to consider enabling user preference regarding selection of AI tool (incl. ChatGPT, Perplexity, gemini etc.).

Great update as always! Love the new audio lineup and the surprise P2 OS update drop at the end with a beefy changelog 😍

lewis_morfitt Wow that’s a statement, the store’s looking great! Shame I can’t visit to see this in person. Looking forward to seeing some photos from the community.

Charan_DSCR Not sure what you mean, Google Assistant is already an option for the assistant trigger in Nothing X 🤔

          adbo

Voice commands (ok Google) from buds to activate Google assistant which tell the weather and opens apps and call to the person and so on, I mean and sorry for my bad English

I love how I see an egg on the yellow Ear 😄

I hope the “industry-first” update doesn’t forget the adaptive brightness switch like the last few OS updates (widgets, assistant integration, etc etc.)🤞🏻

I hope it supports audio properties/specs like FLAC and LDAC.

Rob ⚡️ They look awesome! Crossing my fingers I won the sign up to be notified giveaway for one of them 🤞

Great, I hope to have mine soon although at the moment the site to pre-order doesn’t let me log in 🙁

Why no new colour for np ear

I wonder if the bass enhancer feature will come to Nothing Ear 2, ear 1 and CMF buds?

Is Nothing ear(a) buds are comfortable to wear? I’m planning to buy these. My priority is comfort than audio.

Ashu in my opinion they’re extremely comfortable. With the correct ear tips I can easily wear them indefinitely.

Received my Nothing Ear today. I’ve been testing and trying everything for about an hour and I’m really surprised at how comfortable and familiar the sound feels to my ears once I’ve adjusted everything to me. It’s literally a hug for the ear.

I would like to note that I previously had AirPods Pro 2nd Gen and these sounded very plastic and one-dimensional in comparison.

I am thrilled, I hope for the implementation of further functions and further possibilities of personalization (e.g. deactivating or changing the sounds when activating the ANC or when restarting).

              Keep up the good work!
